What is your delivery fee?

We deliver Australia-wide for just $30.00!

What colours and sizes can you cater for?

As we custom make the majority of our products we can build a huge variety of sizes as well as provide colours from the Dulux and Interpon powder colour ranges.

Certain stocked items will only be available in the stated sizes and colours.

How long is your lead time for stock items?

Our stocked items usually leave our warehouse within one day.

How long does it take for custom products to leave the warehouse?

We endeavour to manufacture our custom made products within 3-5 working days of your order confirmation. Since we manufacture in Australia we are flexible. If you are in a hurry please give us a call to discuss tight turnaround times.

How do you package your products?

All our products are securely wrapped and boxed and for our super fragile products, i.e. light boxes, we even build a sturdy crate.

Do you give discounts on large orders?

We can discount most of our products for bulk orders. Please contact us directly to discuss pricing options.

Do you do installation of the large frames and light boxes?

We don’t do installations but we can refer you to one of our many industry partners who will.

How and when do you expect payment?

Unless your company has an account with us we expect 50% payment when ordering and 50% payment when the product is being shipped.

What sizes do I need to provide to order a product from Snapper Display Systems?

We need the poster size of the image that you’d like framed and ideally, the overall frame size.
